This outpatient clinic is located in sunny San Diego, CA and minutes from our beautiful beaches and central to the vibrant Mission Valley community.  You will experience the pride, and support of being a member of an outstanding team at our Mission Valley clinic where we share a culture of providing excellent care to our patients and each other. 
Along with performing as a staff LVN, the Clinical Lead (LVN) is responsible for providing technical support to Medical Assistant and LVN staff in a clinic site or physician module to include training, assurance of consistency and standardization of procedures, management of day to day staff coverage arrangements to ensure excellent patient care, staff performance management, and to serve as a mentor to staff. The Clinical Lead is responsible for covering multiple positions and departments, as well as mentoring new and existing staff on clinical processes and procedures. This position will be responsible for review of new and existing staff documentation and charge documents for completion and accuracy. The individual will practice within the scope of a LVN and contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care.

Please note this position has a Monday through Friday work schedule with occasional Saturday coverage and the hours are listed as 8AM to 5PM.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in an outpatient setting as a LVN
Previous training experience and leadership skills.
Completion of an accredited LVN program

Current CA LVN license
