The Lead, IS Release Management Analyst analyzes data, produces metrics and provides results to leadership; manages software and hardware change requests, meets with stakeholders, and tests and gathers evidence and presents to the Change Advisory Board. Maintains data integrity and conducts quality reporting. Establishes release schedule and manages what is included in all non-production environments. Performs software quality checks and runs metrics for Key Performance Indicators. Create processes for change and release management. Ensures a successful migration of configuration build from a non-prod to a prod environment. Conducts system audits and adherence to process.
  Lead, IS release management analyst implements and drives change for new Enterprise Change Management Program.  Accountable for overall operational support that needs to be monitored on an ongoing basis and delegated to subsequent team members for support.  Driving all the process work, Project work, Metrics, Nova Note Administration, Data Courier Administration, Downtime Planning, Facilitation and working with Environment Management.  Building relationships with the Operational Business Partners, Technical Teams, Informatics Teams, Application Teams and Vendors. Coaching and mentoring, hiring, terminations and other activities with performance criteria.  Work with outside and internal audit organizations.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Two years related experience, including change and release management within an IS environment.
  • Excellent critical and analytical thinking and customer service skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of relevant change management tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to drive change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel.
Required Certification/Registration:
  • Certified Data Courier Administrator or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous Leadership experience within an IS environment.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Previous ServiceNow, Epic, Agile and/or SQL experience.
  • Experience leading small projects or technical activities.
