Job Description

The IS Change Management Analyst analyzes data, produces metrics and provides results to leadership. Manages software and hardware change requests, meets with stakeholders, tests and gathers evidence and presents to the Change Advisory Board. Maintains data integrity and conducts quality reporting. Establishes release schedule and manages what is included in all non-production environments. Performs software quality checks and runs metrics for Key Performance Indicators. Create processes for change and release management. Ensures a successful migration of configuration build from a non-prod to a prod environment. Conducts system audits and adherence to process. The ideal candidate will be self motivated, customer service oriented and is detail oriented with analytics.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: Two years related experience, including change and release management within an IS environment. Excellent critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Expert knowledge of relevant change management tools. Highly organized with the ability to drive change. Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel

Required Certification/Registration: Certified Data Courier Administrator or must be obtained within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: Bachelors degree. ITIL certification. Previous ServiceNow, Epic, Agile and/or SQL experience.
