Job Description

Acts as an integral part of the HR Operations team by providing analytical support, monitoring and maintaining compliance related to TJC, State, and Federal agencies. Serving as lead on injury prevention, and patient satisfaction programs. Supports HR Operations by facilitating Employee Engagement initiatives and serving as the HR site system resource for the Employee Recognition programs. Also functions as a site expert in HRIS related systems

Job Requirements

Experience/Specialized Skills: Minimum 5 years experience in HR. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form effective, collaborative partnerships Excellent communication and presentation skills. Effective coaching skills Strong organization skills, detail oriented with the ability to quickly and effectively handle multiple priorities and assignments to meet deadlines while maintaining professional composure.

Required Certification/Registration: PHR/SPHR certification preferred

Required Education/Course(s)/Training: Bachelors in related field; OR AA degree plus certification in a specialty area; OR minimum 7 years experience in Human Resources.  Advanced Excel skills highly preferred.
