The Epic Resolute Hospital Billing CDM Analyst, under general direction of the Revenue Cycle Management team, participates on cross functional, integrated teams to troubleshoot complex problems across multiple domains. Designs, builds and tests system configuration. Translates business requirements into technical solutions. Conducts quality reviews of system builds.
The ideal candidate will serve as a peer leader to other application teams and collaborate with clinical teams on how charges are generated. They will have the ability to build relationships with stakeholders to deliver quality and accurate charge descriptions. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. Possess knowledge for advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
The Epic Resolute Hospital Billing CDM Analyst role is an Exempt position and relocation assistance is available.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Certification:
  • Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Certification
  • Epic Charge Router and/or Epic CDM Certification
  • Organizational and project management skills, including Data analysis and requirement gathering.

Preferred Education/Experience/Certification:
  • Previous Epic implementation (Go-Live) experience.
  • Experience with workflow mapping and complex charging workflows, such as, Lab, Transplant and Research. 
  • CDM consolidation and maintenance experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
