The Epic Credentialed Trainer, under the oversight of the project supervisor, provides on-going training for Epic. This position provides staff support for assigned programs and services in collaboration with other members of the training team and the Center for Learning and Innovation leadership. The Epic Credentialed Trainer conducts training sessions and assesses competencies of learners.
 
This position is Full Time, Varied shift position (80 hours per pay period).
 

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Associate Degree or equivalent for one to three years of recent training/learning experience in a healthcare facility/support service department required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills required
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, planning, and follow-through required.
  • Knowledge of computer technology and applications as applicable for role.
  • Knowledge and ability to utilize computer based instruction.
 
Required Education/Certification/Registration:
  • Epic Trainer Credential in assigned modules within 6 weeks of hire
