The Epic ASAP Analyst, under general direction, participates on cross functional, integrated teams to troubleshoot complex problems across multiple domains. Designs, builds and tests system configuration. Translates business requirements into technical solutions. Conducts quality reviews of system builds.
 
This is a Full Time, salaried position located at our centrally San Diego located office in Mira Mesa, CA.  Relocation assistance, casual dress code and flexible work schedules.

Job Requirements

 Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Excellent critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Required Certification/Registration:
  • Epic Certification 
  • If candidate does not currently possess an Epic ASAP Certification, the ability to obtain within six months of hire
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Epic ASAP Certification
  • Three years or more of Epic experience
  • Strong build experience
  • Has led small projects or technical activities.
  • Business acumen in functional area.
  • Bachelors degree
