The Epic Ambulatory Specialties Analyst is the experienced expert of the application and has excellent working knowledge of operational workflows in Organ Transplant. They will need to be well versed in translating complex business requirements into operational solutions and optimizing existing build.
The Epic Analyst takes a proactive and consultative approach when providing solutions to technical or process issues, guiding to best practices. They are comfortable facilitating meetings with stakeholders and leadership teams, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills. They are used to working in a highly integrated area and collaborating with members of other teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, and provides thorough follow-up in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will serve as a peer leader to other application teams and collaborate with clinical teams on how charges are generated. They will have the ability to build relationships with stakeholders to deliver quality and accurate charge descriptions. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. Possess knowledge for advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.

Required Education/Experience/Certifications:
  • EpicCare Ambulatory Certification
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Has led small projects or technical activities.
  • Business acumen in functional area.
  • Bachelors degree
