This is the ideal position for an HR graduate with exceptional customer service skills looking to work in a call center.  As Employee Resource Specialist you will be responsible for engaging and educating staff on self-service transactions for problem solving. You will provide consultation and direction to management and staff regarding interpretation and application of Human Resources policies/procedures/programs. Play an integral role in assisting with benefit enrollment and troubleshooting of benefit issues.
This is a full time 80 hours in a pay period position.

Job Requirements

Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years related work experience OR Bachelors degree in HR related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Previous Call Center experience highly preferred.
