Job Description

Represent customer requirements in product decisions across organization; broadly educate key functions and departments on customer requirements, and provide continuous value improvement to the customer. Organize resources across functions, departments and business units to consistently deliver on customer specifications. Recommend product and customer performance targets and organize and lead resources to achieve targets. Lead internal and customer facing performance reporting Identify opportunities for improvement and lead resources to insure improvements are delivered. Insure that Scripps is meeting contractual obligations. Serve as primary contact internally for customer and product related performance and decisions and with customer for ongoing relationship management.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: Bachelors degree plus eight years of experience 5 of which in a leadership role.

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: Masters degree in healthcare administration or similar.
