  • The Dictionary/Reporting Analyst evaluates, researches, and interprets benefit plans. Maintains department specific databases and ensures accuracy of benefit plan information and enrollment data.
  • Identifies problems and assists with developing corrective measures. Recommends actions for future developments as well as enhancements to operational policies.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency of computer applications, excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; innovative with ability to identify and solve problems. Able to adapt, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • 2 or more years experience healthcare/medical office environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, commercial and government health insurance and billing guidelines, ACA requirements, understanding of DRG's, Medical ICD10 codes and CPT/HCPC Codes and Modifiers. In-depth knowledge of EPIC and IDX.
