We invite you to join our highly engaged team as a Diabetes Educator ll.  You will be responsible for providing diabetes-specific clinical, educational, and/or research services in a variety of settings. This is primarily a hospital-based position. 
 
This is an 8-hour day shift, full-time position (80 hours per pay period).

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • A minimum of two years providing diabetes education as an RN or RD.
Required Certification/Registration:
  • Current BLS
  • Certified Diabetes Educator certification required.
  • Licensed to practice in the State of California as an RN or RD

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • For RNs, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of recent acute care experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
