Our Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas Imaging team uses the latest diagnostic imaging technology.  Scripps Imaging is recognized for having advanced equipment and tools available to deliver quality patient care. We have leading-edge practice environments and seek equipment that offers better ergonomics, reduced exposure rates and timesaving tools to help our imaging professionals do what they do best to offer exceptional care.
 
Join our Scripps Imaging team as a CT Technologist and work very closely with physicians in providing expertise and delivery of patient care.  You will be responsible for providing age specific care, education, and imaging procedures in conjunction with our very engaged nurses and physicians. You’ll adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements; participates in Quality Control and Performance Improvement activities; maintains own clinical competency and mandatory requirements.
 
This is a Full Time (64 hours per 2-week pay period), 10.25 hour shifts, Varied Night shifts, and located at Scripps Memorial Hospital Encinitas.  

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • California Certified Rad Tech (CRT)
  • CT scanning/Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
  • Fluoroscopy eligible (Must obtain Fluoro within 6 months from hire)
  • BLS from the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years experience in a hospital setting
  • Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
