Join our Scripps System-wide Resource Team as a CT Tech where you will be responsible for providing age specific care, education and imaging procedures in conjunction with other members of the defined health care team. Adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements; participates in QC and PI activities; maintains own clinical competency and mandatory requirements.
This position is within the SYSTEM WIDE FLOAT TEAM, Permanent Scripps employees who support the day-to-day and short-term assignments, with the opportunity to float to all five hospitals.
Seeking part-time and full-time staff with options for day, evening or varied shifts.

Job Requirements

Required Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Completion of a formal training/educational program in an AMA/JRCERT approved school of Radiology Technology.
  • One (1) year CT Scanning/Imaging experience in an acute care hospital environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
Required Certification/Registration:
  • CRT
  • RT-Venipuncture
  • BLS from American Heart Association required upon hire
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • ARRT (CT) and Fluoroscopy preferred. 
  • Two (2) years CT Scanning/Imaging experience in an acute care hospital environment. 
  • GE and Siemens scanning experience. 
  • Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
Travel Requirements:  Work between all Scripps Health outpatient clinics and five (5) hospital campuses: Encinitas, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, San Diego, and Chula Vista.
