Scripps Green is a 173-bed hospital that has served the La Jolla and greater San Diego communities with distinction since 1977. Conveniently located off I-5 near the Genesee Avenue exit, our healthcare professionals care for people from a number of communities including Bird Rock, La Jolla Shores, Mount Soledad, University City and beyond. Scripps Green offers a wide range of clinical and surgical services, including organ transplantation, oncology care, cardiothoracic and orthopedic surgery, interventional cardiology and blood and bone marrow transplantation.
Join our Scripps Green Organ Acquisition team of Complex Care Managers, who play a critical role in working with patients that are going through organ transplant evaluation.  You will thrive in an environment that is welcoming, family-oriented, and fast-paced.   The Complex Care Manager is responsible for the daily management and coordination of care for patients with complex health needs, including coordination with providers, navigators and ancillary and community resources across the system and care continuum.
This is an 8 hour, day shift, full-time position. Monday - Friday.  8:00AM – 4:30PM

Job Requirements

Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Three years recent clinical nursing experience in a variety of clinical settings
  • Two years' experience managing care of relevant specialized patient population.
Required Certification/Registration:
  • Current California RN License.
  • BLS if working in a clinical setting
  •  ACLS if supporting a cardiac specialty area i.e., LVAD, TAVR, etc.
Required Education/Course(s)/Training:
  • BSN or CCM.
