As Compensation Analyst Senior you will lay an integral role in assisting in the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs. You'll maintain job description structures and documentation, and evaluates positions for market competitiveness. Effectively assist in the administration of performance appraisal and salary administration programs, reviewing changes in wages and salaries for conformance to policy. Audit evaluation of position and application of existing classifications to individuals. Act as compliance expert with FLSA, CA Fair Pay Act and all other pay regulations. Conducts and participates in third party compensation surveys. Assist with updating the salary structure and maintaining the integrity of the human resources information system.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Three years of experience in compensation analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Solid understanding of computer systems and database management.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office suite, especially Excel.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CPP).
