As Central Processing Manager, you will oversee daily operations of sterile processing for assigned business unit(s). You will collaborate with nursing personnel in the OR and other hospital services, medical staff and administration to ensure that quality patient care is delivered. Be responsible for setting standards for sterility assurance, developing a safe professional environment, allocating and managing fiscal resources.
This is a full time leadership position.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Associate's degree plus 3 years operating room experience, or 2 years supervisory plus 3 years operating room experience

Required Certification/Registration:
  • Nationally recognized Sterile Processing Technician Certification (CRCST) required and must be maintained.
  • BLS Preferred.

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • CA RN preferred.
  • Epic experience preferred.
