As an Angiography Tech Lead, you will be responsible for providing age specific care, education and imaging procedures in conjunction with other members of the defined health care team. Adheres to safety standards and regulatory requirements; participates in QC and PI activities; maintains own clinical competency and mandatory requirements. The Angiography Tech Lead also functions as liaison between state and federal agencies for licensure, certification, and QA requirements for the entire Interventional Radiology department. Maintains all records as needed to verify that regulations are being maintained at all times. Responsible for charge reconciliation audits for procedures performed in IR department.
This is a Day Shift, Full Time (1.0 FTE - 80 hours per pay period) position.  On-call requirement to cover Main OR Hybrid cases and Interventional Radiology

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Completion of a formal training/educational program in an AMA/JCERT approved school of Radiology Technology.
  • Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting.
  • At least three (3) years of Interventional Radiology experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
Required Certification/Registration:
  • CRT
  • BLS
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • 1-2 years experience.
  • Knowledge of patient focused care delivery.
  • ARRT
