Great opportunity for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our Clinical departments. Scripps Green Hospital has served the La Jolla and greater San Diego communities with distinction since 1977. The Administrative Coordinator provides administrative support for assigned area. Assists with process improvement relevant to the functions of the department. Responsible for answering incoming calls to department, triage of department visitors, data entry, mail distribution, maintenance of department supplies, facilitation of communication, meeting set-up and calendar management.
This is a Part-Time 8 hour DAY shift position. Flexible work schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm, no weekends.  

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications: •        Minimum of three (3) years experience
•        High school graduate
•        Strong clerical skills
•        Ability to multi-task, prioritizes workload, and interacts with the public
•        Experienced computer user including word processing, spreadsheet, and database  systems.
•        Excellent communication and customer service skills
•        Strong organizational and analytical skills; innovative with ability to identify and solve  problems. Able to adapt, prioritize and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
•         AA degree highly desirable
•         Experience in Healthcare, Hospital setting preferred
