As Accounts Payable Analyst, you will process tasks related to problem solving, vendor relations, and tracking and resolution of process defects. Your problem solving duties will include: problem resolution, tracking and reporting, vendor statement review, root cause analysis, month end accruals, and serving as Accounts Payable liaison to General Accounting, Materials Management, Facility Finance, managers and supporting personnel. This is the ideal position for someone with comprehensive knowledge and integrated system application of a full-cycle Accounts Payable process.  Your ability to communicate with vendors and internal staff via phone and email in a professional manner will be put to good use, along with you ERP experience. 
 
This is a full time, Monday - Friday 8 hour day shift position.

 

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Requirements include: 3 years AP/related experience or equivalent level of education.
  • Experience with cross-functional integration with purchasing and supply chain management preferred.
  • Hands-on/comprehensive knowledge of diverse AP software applications, including fully-integrated ERP financial and inventory systems. Intermediate-advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • HS Diploma, Certification and/or college courses in Accounting or Business-related field are required.
  • Must be able to manipulate excel data via VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Experience in a centralized share services environment is preferred.
  • AAS/BS in Accounting or Business-related field preferred.
