Job Description
This is a full time, benefited position generally working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm with extended hours as needed. Located at Scripps Clinic Torrey Pines in La Jolla. This is an exempt and salaried position eligible for the Management Incentive Compensation Plan (MICP) at the Supervisor level.

What you’ll do:
- Oversight of General Surgery, Head & Neck Surgery, Neurosurgery, and Vascular Surgery departments.
- Responsible for oversight of the activities and functions of a department.
- Provides functional expertise to staff and leadership.
- Ensures effective use of system resources.
- Participates in standards of practice and process improvement activities.
- Participates in hiring, oversees daily productivity, and creates staffing schedule.
- Ensures policy and procedures are followed by staff.
$33.98-$50.40/hour
