This is a benefited, full time, 12-hr night shift position generally working 7pm-7:30am. Weekends are required on a rotating basis, generally 1-2 weekends/month (Friday and Saturday). Located in La Jolla at the Torrey Pines Clinic.

Your job duties:
- Hands-on experience with a wide variety of emergency patients.
- An array of education opportunities and are actively involved in process improvements.
- Perform patient assessments and care tasks, including emergency procedures and medication administration as appropriate.
- Educate patients and document patient interactions.
- Practice infection control.
- Contribute to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within your own scope of practice.

- Internal candidates
- Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
- Hires with less than one year RN working experience
In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met:
- Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
- Must remain in original department/specialty
- Must remain in original Job Title
- Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.
$57.00-$81.60/hour
