Join Scripps as Supervisor, Clinic Operations – Contact Center located in the Rancho Bernardo area, and make a difference to the lives of the patients we serve. In this position you will serve Scripps Clinic Primary Care.
As Supervisor, Clinic Operations you will be responsible for the day-to-day tracking call center, monitoring activities, quality of call and reporting out on Metrics. You will be charged with compiling data and providing reports of productivity and improvement initiatives.
The primary duties of the Supervisor of Clinic Operations include:
- Responsible for oversight of the activities and functions of a department.
- Provide functional expertise to staff and leadership.
- Ensures effective use of system resources.
- Participates in standards of practice and process improvement activities.
- Participates in hiring, oversees daily productivity, and creates staffing schedule.
- Ensures policy and procedures are followed by staff.
- Supervising 25 Patient Service Representatives both on-site & remote.
This is a Full-Time, exempt, benefited position. Shift times and days will vary but will generally be from 8am-5pm and on call as needed, including one Saturday per month. Contact center hours are 7am-7pm Monday-Friday and 8am-12pm on Saturdays. Located in 4S Ranch area but subject to change.
Position Pay Range: $31.11-$46.66/hour

Please note that actual pay will be determined based on relevant experience and internal equity within the pay range. Please also note this range is applicable for employees who reside in California only. A geographical pay differential may be applied for remote employees who reside out of state.
