Join Scripps Health as Director, Clinic Operations at Torrey Pines where you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations for Integrative Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, and the Business Office in Torrey Pines, including financial and operational performance, service excellence, and internal communications.
You will work with the management staff of the practice unit and departments to coordinate strategic planning of business units and the ongoing development and productivity of the physician office practices and non-physician staff. Provide leadership and direction to managers, supervisors, and leads to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, quality outcomes, and internal and external customer service.
Your will be responsible for directing Primary Care, PIMC, Integrative Medicine, Geriatrics, Hospitalists and Business Services at Torrey Pines. Be responsible for financial, quality/safety and patient experience outcomes. Work in partnership with Clinic leadership to problem solve (A3s), standardize and provide oversight for model practice.
Working collaboratively with 50 providers, 1 manager, 5 supervisors, and 100 employees, you will be responsible for patient satisfaction as measured by Press Ganey for multiple specialties at Torrey Pines Clinic and Shiley Pavilion where you will play an integral in the smooth functioning of these departments.
This Director position is located in Torrey Pines, La Jolla and participates in the Director Incentive Plan.
