Scripps Clinic in Rancho San Diego & Santee provide expert specialty and primary care services for the whole family. Same-day, walk-in care is available for common illnesses and injuries at Scripps HealthExpress.
Our services include Primary care (pediatrics, family medicine and internal medicine) with evening and Saturday appointments available. More than 10 medical and surgical specialties (including allergy, cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, general surgery, nephrology, obstetrics and gynecology, ophthalmology, , rheumatology and urology). Additionally, we offer imaging and laboratory services.
As Director, Clinic Operations, responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of an outpatient clinic, including financial and operational performance, service excellence and internal communications. Working with the management staff of the practice and departments to coordinate strategic planning of business units and the ongoing development and productivity of the physician office practices and non-physician staff. Providing leadership and direction to managers, supervisors and leads to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations, quality outcomes and internal and external customer service.
This Director position is located at Rancho San Diego & Santee and eligible to participate in the Director Incentive Plan.
