Join our team as Supervisor, Imaging Services Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego and make a positive difference in the lives of our patients. Scripps Mercy Hospital is both a Level I Trauma Center and Stroke Center and houses one of the largest ER's in San Diego County.  The ideal candidate is confident in their experience and will leverage their skillset to support the Imaging Services department.  By managing a team providing a diverse range of cases, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills every day with the support of a caring and friendly team.
 
As Supervisor, Imaging Services, you will be responsible for day to day coordination of staff to provide clinical care within a single business unit. 
You will ensure imaging staff reflect established standards per regulatory requirements of care and practice and a culture that promotes patient safety. Under the general direction of the Patient Care Manager, share leadership responsibilities for the imaging department, including managing daily staffing plans. You will adherence to care processes for patient flow to ensure the best patient experience.  
 
You will collaborate with the Imaging Department at Scripps Mercy Chula Vista and work to support both departments. 
 
 
This is a Full Time, Salaried Day shift position located at Scripps Mercy San Diego.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • 5 Years experience in imaging services.
Required Certification/Registration:
  • CRT or AART or ARDMS or RVT or RDMS or RVT or RVS; 
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare provider.
  • National Board Certification required.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2 years leadership experience within imaging services.
  • EPIC working experience.
