Join our leadership team with Scripps MD Anderson Cancer Center where your leadership skills will support a highly experience and cohesive team of Nurse Navigators. The Supervisor role will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Oncology Nurse Navigation Team in various sites. This role is responsible for the daily management and coordination of care for patients with complex health needs, including coordination with providers, navigators and ancillary and community resources across the system and care continuum. Under the general direction of the manager, you will share leadership responsibilities for approximately 12 staff members on the Oncology Nurse Navigation team.

This is a Full Time Salaried position with Scripps MD Anderson Cancer Center locations (4 sites).

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • CA RN license
  • RN with a minimum of 3-5 years in a managed care clinical environment.
  • Experience in a clinical lead or supervisory role.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an oncology setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software, and ability to quickly learn a variety of case management systems.
  • AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSN
  • Oncology Certification or Oncology Nurse Navigator Certification
  • Experience with Epic Beacon
