The Oncology Nurse Navigator RN will be responsible for the daily management and coordination of care for patients with complex health needs, including coordination with providers, navigators and ancillary and community resources across the system and care continuum.
 
This is a 10 hour, day shift, full-time (FTE 1.0 - 80 hours per pay period) position with benefits.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Current CA RN License
  • Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or Certified Case Manager (CCM).
  • Three (3) years recent clinical nursing experience in a variety of clinical settings
  • Two (2) years complex case management experience in a managed care environment
  • Current American Heart Association BLS provider certification
  • Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English
  • Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors.
  • One year oncology experience preferred.
