Our Scripps System-wide Resource Services team is an opportunity for you to practice at all (5) hospitals campuses.  As a member of the Resource Team, you can fill vital roles on longer term assignments providing critical coverage for sick calls, employees leave of absences and peak service demands while gaining experience in a variety of environments. 
Join our Scripps Resource team as a Registered Nurse Lead where you will provides direct patient care within the scope of your practice. This includes: patient care assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes.
SYSTEM WIDE RESOURCE TEAM - Scripps employees who support long-term assignments, typically 12 weeks in duration.
Seeking full-time staff with varied shifts.

Job Requirements

  • Five (5) years of recent RN experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/Step Down Unit or similar department.  
  • Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English; excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Current California RN license .
  • Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS    
  • Leadership experience (Preceptor, Charge RN, Supervisor etc.) 
  • BSN
Travel Requirements:  Work between the five (5) Scripps Health hospital campuses: Encinitas, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, San Diego, and Chula Vista.
