The Epic Tapestry Analyst will primarily be involved in the configuration and build for the managed care Tapestry module.  The Epic Tapestry application automates the functions of our health plan in which the Epic Tapestry Analyst will work as a team to support our end users to deliver effective and timely billing services to our patients. The Epic Analyst, under general direction, participates on cross functional, integrated teams to troubleshoot complex problems across multiple domains. Designs, builds and tests system configuration. Translates business requirements into technical solutions. Conducts quality reviews of system builds.
This position will be located at our newly designed centrally located San Diego Business Services office. This is a full time, salaried position and offers relocation assistance along with Scripps Health’s award winning benefit package.

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Excellent critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Required Certification/Registration:
  • Ability to obtain Epic Certification within 6 months of hire
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Epic Certification, preferably in Tapestry or Security
  • Previous managed care experience
  • Has led small projects or technical activities.
  • Business acumen in functional area.
  • Bachelor’s degree
