The Epic Grand Central/Prelude Analyst, under general direction, participates on cross functional, integrated teams to troubleshoot complex problems across multiple domains. Designs, builds and tests system configuration. Translates business requirements into technical solutions. Conducts quality reviews of system builds.

This is a Full Time, Salaried position with Benefits, centrally located near Miramar Road in San Diego. This position also offers relocation assistance for those that qualify.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • Critical and analytical thinking and excellent customer service skills.
  • Exhibit clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Organizational and project management skills.
  • Epic foundational build experience.
  • Experience in RTE/Eligibility.
  • Grand Central and/or Prelude Epic Certification

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Business acumen in functional area.
  • Bachelor’s degree
