As Scripps MD Anderson Cancer Center Director, Multidisciplinary Care, you will serve as the administrative partner to physician service line and program directors for cancer care across the Scripps system. You will lead program development and implementation activities to ensure an excellent, connected multidisciplinary patient care experience across the Scripps value-based system of care. You will continue the integration with MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston to ensure adherence to MD Anderson standards of care delivery at all cancer care locations through multidisciplinary care clinics and treatment planning conferences.


This is a full time leadership position located in La Jolla.




Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Master's degree plus 5 years of progressively responsible experience in care line leadership, oncology, nursing, business development or related area.
  • Expert interpersonal skills, demonstrated collaborative, facilitative approach to leadership.
  • Significant experience partnering with physicians and achievement of measurable results.
  • Proven persuasive and influential communication skills.
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • MBA, RN or MHA, MPH, MPA preferred.
  • MSN and related experience in nursing.
  • Epic working experience preferred.
