In 2018, Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego was ranked as 'high performing' by U.S. News & World Report in nephrology.  Join our Imaging Department as a Director, Imaging Services at Scripps Mercy Hospital which includes the San Diego and Chula Vista campuses.  Scripps Mercy Hospital San Diego is both a Level 1 Trauma Center and Stroke Center and houses one of the largest ER's in San Diego County.  Caring for a high volume and wide variety of patients is what our team does best.  The ideal candidates is versatile and is fueled by the knowledge that every day will present a new challenge.
 
As Director, Imaging Services, you will ensure timely and high quality radiologic clinical care for assigned site.  You will be responsible for the safe operation of radiology equipment. Play an integral role in being responsible for the management of the clinical and fiscal operations of Imaging Services for Scripps Mercy Hospital.
 
This is a Full Time, Exempt Director Level position located at Scripps Mercy San Diego.

 
 
 

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years' working experience in General Diagnostic Radiology, Interventional Radiology, Computerized Tomography, Mammography or Cardiology.
  • 5 years Leadership experience required.

Required Certification/Registration:
  • Current AHA BLS Certificate

Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification:
  • Master's degree.
  • Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Current certification from State of California as a Radiologic Technologist (CRT).
  • Epic experience highly preferred.
