Our Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista Imaging team uses the latest diagnostic imaging technology.  Scripps Imaging is recognized for having advanced equipment and tools available to deliver quality patient care. We have leading-edge practice environments and seek equipment that offers better ergonomics, reduced exposure rates, and timesaving tools to help our imaging professionals do what they do best to offer exceptional care.
Join our Scripps Imaging team as a CT Technologist and work very closely with physicians in providing expertise and delivery of patient care.  You will be responsible for providing age specific care, education, and imaging procedures in conjunction with our very engaged nurses and physicians. You’ll adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements, participate in Quality Control and Performance Improvement activities, and maintain your own clinical competency and mandatory requirements.
This is a Part-Time (40 hours per pay period) position, working varied shifts to include weekends and evenings, and is located at Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista.  

Job Requirements

Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • Completion of a formal training/educational program in an AMA/JCERT approved school of Radiology Technology
  • CT Scanning/Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
Required Certification/Registration:
  • CRT
  • ARRT (CT)
  • Venipuncture
  • American Heart Association BLS
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills:
  • 1-2 years’ experience
